Information you provide
When you submit a project inquiry, the site collects the information entered in the form: name, company, email address, phone number, current website, requested service, project description and preferred timeline. Optional fields are collected only when you choose to complete them.
Technical information
The contact endpoint receives ordinary request information such as the browser user-agent and network address. For abuse prevention, the network address is transformed into a daily one-way hash before it is stored. The site also uses submission timing and a hidden anti-spam field to identify automated requests.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to the request, assess project fit, maintain an inquiry record, protect the form from misuse and support related business administration. It is not collected through the form for unrelated advertising.
Storage and infrastructure
Public pages and request handling use Cloudflare infrastructure. Contact submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database connected to the site. Technical request data may also be processed in ordinary infrastructure logs maintained for security, reliability and diagnostics.
Cookies and analytics
The current public Spyglass implementation does not set marketing cookies and does not include a third-party audience analytics product. No separate cookie policy is provided because the public site does not currently use cookies or similar browser storage for marketing or behavioural tracking.
Sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that support the website and may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business reorganization. Spyglass does not sell contact-form information.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, legitimate business records, security and legal obligations. Spyglass uses practical access controls, input validation, rate limiting and restricted synchronization endpoints. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to identity verification and any information that must be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons. If you receive a message with an unsubscribe link, that link records the suppression request so future outreach can be prevented.
Contact and updates
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to spyglassintelligence@gmx.ca. This policy may be updated when the website’s actual data handling changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
