Demonstrations illustrate possible capabilities; they are not production services, client systems, offers, guarantees, or specifications for a future engagement.

A final client implementation depends on agreed requirements, scope, testing, third-party services and a written project agreement.

The Spyglass name, site design, original text, software demonstrations and other original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Spyglass, unless another source is identified. You may view the website for personal or legitimate business evaluation. You may not reproduce, sell, misrepresent, scrape at scale, or create a derivative commercial service from its content without permission.

Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with its operation, test it in a harmful or unauthorized way, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, overwhelm its services, or attempt to access non-public systems or information.

Submitting the contact form starts an inquiry only. It does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, establish confidentiality, or form a contract. Project commitments arise only from a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
